HumaxXDelete your account
You can permanently delete your HumaxX account and everything stored with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open HumaxX and go to Profile.
- Open Account & Security.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your cloud data is removed right away and the copy on your device is cleared. If you only want a copy first, use Export data on the same screen before deleting.
Option 2 — By e-mail
If you no longer have the app installed, send an e-mail to [email protected] from the e-mail address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my HumaxX account". We complete the deletion within 7 days and confirm by reply. We may ask you to verify the address before deleting.
What is deleted
- Your account (e-mail address, user ID, linked sign-in providers).
- All synced progress: missions, habits, streaks, journal entries, avatar and settings.
- Your in-app purchase records held by us. Purchase receipts stay with Apple or Google under their own policies; an active subscription must be cancelled separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
What is kept, and for how long
- Nothing personal. Aggregate, non-identifying billing records required by tax law are retained for the statutory period (10 years in Türkiye) and cannot be linked back to you.
- Backups are rotated within 30 days; your data disappears from them on that cycle.
Guest mode users have no account: uninstalling the app removes all data, because none of it ever left the device.
Hesabınızı silme (Türkçe)
HumaxX hesabınızı ve hesabınızla saklanan her şeyi istediğiniz an kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Silme işlemi anında gerçekleşir ve geri alınamaz.
Seçenek 1 — Uygulama içinden (en hızlısı)
- HumaxX'i açın, Profil'e gidin.
- Hesap ve Güvenlik'i açın.
- Hesabı sil'e dokunun ve onaylayın.
Bulut verileriniz hemen silinir, cihazınızdaki kopya temizlenir. Önce bir kopya almak isterseniz aynı ekrandaki Verileri dışa aktar'ı kullanın.
Seçenek 2 — E-posta ile
Uygulama artık cihazınızda yoksa, hesabınıza bağlı e-posta adresinden [email protected] adresine "HumaxX hesabımı sil" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Silme işlemini 7 gün içinde tamamlar ve yanıtla teyit ederiz.
Silinenler
- Hesabınız (e-posta, kullanıcı kimliği, bağlı giriş yöntemleri).
- Tüm eşitlenmiş ilerleme: görevler, alışkanlıklar, seriler, günlük kayıtları, avatar ve ayarlar.
- Bizde tutulan satın alma kayıtları. Apple/Google'daki makbuzlar onların politikalarına tabidir; aktif abonelik App Store veya Google Play abonelik ayarlarından ayrıca iptal edilmelidir.
Saklananlar
Kişisel hiçbir şey saklanmaz. Vergi mevzuatının zorunlu kıldığı, kişiyle ilişkilendirilemeyen toplu fatura kayıtları yasal süre boyunca (Türkiye'de 10 yıl) tutulur. Yedekler 30 gün içinde döner ve verileriniz bu döngüde yedeklerden de silinir.
